Import camper in Ladysmith, British Columbia for sale

Selling a import camper. Rebuild one side and half the front. The other side is solid. Put four coats of white flex coat on the roof last summer. Have half a pail or more to go with it. Re panelled the inside. Fresh paint and all new window trim. Has working stove, furnace and a three way fridge. All the lights work and run off or 12v. Has a extra thick memory foam mattress. Bench folds out to make another bed. Vinyl floor for the wet days. Hardwood on the wall behind sink. All the jacks work. Needs roof vent. But have a brand new one to go in. Have vinyl to cover counter top and caulk board vinyl for the fridge. Have two plates so it will fit a full size truck. Have the parts for the table. Almost finished. Needs a door or rebuild the one on it. Needs some window trim painted, but will give both paint colours with it. Reinforced two of the jacks when I build the side. The other two need to get done. Have a belly bar to for a little truck. For the right price I'll take it off to go with it.Reason for selling is, it's to small for all of us. Kids and dogs. Located in chemanius.
