Off-road RV/Cargo/Stealth Trailer in Ladysmith, British Columbia for sale

2012 12' x 6'6" Mirage trailer, 7000# GVW. It was used twice for camping before I purchased it with the intention of using it as a work trailer and a camping trailer for long trips to Mexico and beyond.. I have used it only for storage and camped with it for one night after finishing the interior. It has 4-15" wheels on torsion bar axles with electric brakes. It has excellent towing characteristics and good off-road capability with good soft ground displacement. There is a spare tire and also California Immobilizer wheel clamp. There are manuals for everything. It is in like-new condition.
There are four manual levelling jacks as well as the tongue jack. The trailer hitch receiver is
2-5/16". The trailer is insulated with birch cabinets and birch panelling. The double bed has brand new mattresses, is super wide and super comfortable. A removable panel allows the bed to be double as a workbench, there is huge storage space beneath. There are 4 opening RV windows with screens and a proper RV side door with screen door inset. There is an opening roof vent, and a full side awning. I've made an exterior table that clips on to the side of the trailer beneath the awning. There is a laminate floor between the bed and the cabinets and a closet in the cabinets. There are overhead shelves with reading lights. All lights are Led including the running lights and an exterior porch light. There is a new stereo with remote control.
The trailer comes equipped with a brand-new deep cycle battery ($500. retail) and a sine- wave batter charger. There is an exterior 120 AAC plug-in.
I finished this trailer with plans to use it extensively for travelling and storage in Mexico with no intention of ever selling it. I deeply regret to have to part with it; hopefully it'll go to a good home. Asking $8995.
