S2 8.0 C Sailboat on trailer in Ladysmith, British Columbia for sale

Don't let the 26' length of this boat deter you from considering this Center cockpit sailboat with a scramble through to the Aft Cabin. This is the only sailboat I have ever encountered of this size not only with an aft cabin with covered access to it.

large swim grid off the stern accommodates outboard motor
a 4 horse outboard is enough to move her but I would suggest something with a little more UMPH and high thrust

There is a lot more to share but if you are familiar with the higher quality of the S2 builder I don't have to sell you on any more than that.

ON a trailer so you can bring her home in the offseason and save huge money on moorage.
The trailer has new tires.
The trailer has been designed for self-loading and unloading at a boat launch ["high tide"] only.
Con's
inboard motor gave up the ghost and is not available for repair but is still set up for an inboard motor.
no outboard motor currently available / remember this price is for the trailer and the boat.
needs a good tidy up and cleaning.
I would suggest bottom paint if leaving her in the water for more than 4-6 months at a time.
