Excellent condition Chev Malibu LS. Only 138,000 lady/grandma driven kilometers. I bought this car nearly two years ago from an old lady that kept this in her garage. She did not drive it much. My wife used it as her commuter car.
We are honest people and I will give you fill disclosure on the car. The vehicle is an LS model which I believe was top of the line at the time. Power windows, power drivers seat, cruise control air conditioning etc all working. In two years we have not had any issues at all. The car starts every time without hesitation. It has been a perfect family car. We are non-smokers and have had no pets in the car. V6 with good power but is great on gas and my wife drives it conservatively approx 7.5-8L/100km consumption.
Four "issues" with the car:
#1check engine light has been on for two years. I had the dealer service this car when we bought it and they told me it was an emissions code error and nothing to worry about. They have been right.
#2 For the last 3 mos the parking brake alarm has been going off randomly (alarm when you leave the parking brake on and attempt to drive the car). If I push the parking brake in and release it again the light and alarm go off. Best I can tell this is a very simple issue and related to a touchy cable. It turns off once you start driving and I haven't bothered to fix it
#3 Rear right side brake light is out, bulb needs replacement
#4 it has some awful tan colored winter rubber mats. The good news is they protect the original carpeting. Feel free to throw those out.
That's about it. We've never had a problem with the car it has been excellent.
$995 firm.
Optional: the car comes with good all season Michelin tires. Because this was a commuter car for my wife and my 3 year old daughter I wanted the best winter tires I could get. I have a second set Michelin X Ice that I paid $1000 for (including balance, installation and taxes). I can include these for an extra $400 if you want them. That price is firm also. They are currently mounted and ready for fall. They are worth every penny for winter or driving in the rain. Sorry, they are not included otherwise.
