When I tried at the store I found that my own size (nine) were too tight and I went for the SIZE 10 instead. Big mistake as I now realize that is too big for me as my foot doesn't easily touch the ceiling inside my boot for proper board control. Finally decided that to get better at snowboarding I have to downsize to nines. Had them for a while as I usually go just once per year and they have been used about six times as you will see from their great shape and smell. Will consider any reasonable offer. Price is firm.
