I bought this 18' trailer believing it was an aluminum-framed product. It is not. All sides and roof are rotting and need to be replaced. Frame, floor, bulkhead, tanks, plumbing, wiring and propane systems are good. New sides and roof can be fitted to the original interior for a bullet-proof, custom-built forever trailer.
The frame has tandem axles with Equa-flex suspension, 13" aluminum wheels, good Toyo tires and electric brakes, also a spare tire. There is a slide-in frame extension on the back for a cargo box and bike rack. All appliances are in good working condition. Two burner stove, furnace, 2-way fridge, water heater, roof air con/ heater, stand-up shower inside and an outside shower as well. Windows and doors are fine, roll-out awning is good. Upholstery and window coverings are fine. New stereo with remote. Also included is a never-opened crate of new aluminum RV aluminum sheeting, custom-ordered ($1000.) to fit the front.
The trailer GVW is 2660 kg. It is registered and licensed. $1995.
